Willy Stieler charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Willy Stieler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Auderico Hidalgo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Sixto Baristo struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OOPS!. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Baristo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Baristo came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Samuelsson hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Auderico Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half OOPS! were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Cardozo to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Auderico Hidalgo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OOPS!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. The supporters of Germany booed when OOPS! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Auderico Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind OOPS!'s goalkeeper Nerio Gutierrez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Baristo came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when OOPS! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zuriko Alacuart didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Linus Schwerner hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 87th minute of play forced OOPS!'s goalkeeper Nerio Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Cardozo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Jaime Cardozo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 88th minute. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nerio Gutierrez having to make a save. The OOPS! players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
