If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tello AFC's Hong Yi Yang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-1 after 37 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hong Yi Yang got free with Flavio Vittori in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Uriel Cordearo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Vittori. That made the score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uriel Cordearo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Porziano Marchitelli hit a great ball. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Pello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. The Tello AFC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Tello AFC's Uriel Cordearo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Cordearo in the 63rd minute of the match. Hong Yi Yang charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hong Yi Yang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Hong Yi Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tello AFC made a substitution. Abel Lain replaced Virgilio Van Dijck. After a rather tough play, Tello AFC's Hong Yi Yang got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustino Unax hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Flavio Vittori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmacio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Curto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tello AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Italy for a fine match.
