Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leopoldo Loureiro got the match started through his kick off. Leopoldo Loureiro took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casper Claes. Casper Claes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Leopoldo Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Loureiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's Leopoldo Loureiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was a well-played corner which Natan Dal Bello managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Igor Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Igor Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 40th minute of play forced Dal 3ello's goalkeeper Igor Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Leopoldo Loureiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten was the one to do the kick off. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Loureiro in the 51st minute of play. Yves Dervaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Abreu hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Natan Dal Bello in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Belgium's Laurens Vandamme. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Natan Dal Bello hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 70thth minute of the game Leopoldo Loureiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but Igor Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Igor Taffarel, 3-2. In the 94th minute Leopoldo Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Dervaux in the 95th minute of play.
