Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joaquim Carvalho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when David Holmstedt sped through Scotland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. When Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Joaquim Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 9 minutes into the game, Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho. But to his dismay, Joaquim Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Salamanca UDS fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 23 minutes, David Holmstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salamanca UDS's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Holmstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Joaquim Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 34 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Carvalho came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Joaquim Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Alexander Higgins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho. But to his dismay, Joaquim Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Holmstedt in the 42nd minute of play. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopold Heinloo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Joaquim Carvalho took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Holmstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zac O'Donnell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alexander Higgins was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Joaquim Carvalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joaquim Carvalho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. In the 55th minute, Joaquim Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as David Holmstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 0-13 in the 60 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Joaquim Carvalho made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-14. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamel Espitalier in the 66th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Zac O'Donnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Salamanca UDS's Kamel Espitalier. But to his dismay, Kamel Espitalier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-17. Alexander Higgins was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Joaquim Carvalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joaquim Carvalho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-18. In the 93rd minute Joaquim Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Joaquim Carvalho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexander Higgins, 0-19. When the match was over Salamanca UDS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Scotland throughout the match.
