In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Caatiba MZC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Ihazintu. After a rather tough play, Italy's Deodato Magliozzi got a free kick in the 94th minute. Italy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
