Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Brudnicki came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janar Taelma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Virgo Lööper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, FC Muuga United's Laur Pererahu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Muuga United getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Agur Vabamäe hit a great ball. Virgo Lööper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Fred Arula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Janar Taelma's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnout Reekers firmly grabbed it by the left post. 45 minutes into the match, FC Muuga United's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Virgo Lööper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laur Pererahu in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Elmas Violento was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of FC Muuga United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Netherlands:s goal. Virgo Lööper had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Gijsbert ter Kruimer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 59thth minute of the game Janar Taelma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Jüri Lepp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the game, Janar Taelma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Arula in the 77th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Wim Wilmes hit a great ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgo Lööper having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Virgo Lööper firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 88th minute, Janar Taelma made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 93rdth minute of the game Teet Vahing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Muuga United.
