Levan Dost succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 7th playminute. 11 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Ferhan Saik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levan Dost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Aigar Ojaperv to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson Amorim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Göktuğ Demir in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. 23 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Levan Dost managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's supporters rose to their feet, but Levan Dost was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Farid Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 27th minute of play. When Portugal's Viriato Moura in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Farid Mondragon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Farid Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 43rd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levan Dost in the 57th minute of play. Farid Mondragon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 58th minute. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levan Dost in the 63rd minute of play. Farid Mondragon was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Caetano Moreira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Caetano Moreira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. With a little luck, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Farid Mondragon got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. In the 88th minute Levan Dost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farid Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 94th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Göktuğ Demir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portugal the free kick. Göktuğ Demir hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB had won after a very even match.
