Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dušan Vlahović in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sture Abrahamsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Theo Svensson made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tobias Hedbom immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Nytäppet Fc's Theo Svensson got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 28 minutes, William Kristiansson made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Dušan Vlahović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nytäppet Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Dušan Vlahović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd match minute, Nytäppet Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Kristiansson in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Vlahović came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Germany defense, William Kristiansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. After 44 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. Willy Stieler kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Dušan Vlahović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dušan Vlahović in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Kristiansson's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, William Kristiansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nytäppet Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but William Kristiansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Kristiansson in the 75th minute of play.
