Stian Hammeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristian Amdal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Ulrich Stein might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Amdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulrich Stein ran back to his position shaking his head. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Amdal having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Amdal. Cheeky Nuts United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 43rd minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cheeky Nuts United's attentive Jim Thorvaldsen managed to snatch the ball when Sven Krakouer made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Cheeky Nuts United's Kjartan Nyhagen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ulrich Stein, made in the 59th minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Ulrich Stein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Amdal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Cheeky Nuts United's attentive Kjartan Nyhagen managed to snatch the ball when Ulrich Stein made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kristian Amdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Schiele made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cheeky Nuts United's Jim Thorvaldsen. 85 minutes into the game, Willy Stieler threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cheeky Nuts United's Tor-Henrik Økland quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 91st minute, Tor-Henrik Økland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Germany had played much better football throughout.
