Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. De Beverpatrouille's Ray De Lauw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Joost Asselberghs managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Beverpatrouille's supporters rose to their feet, but Joost Asselberghs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ray De Lauw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. After 11 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ray De Lauw was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Egbert Nijveldt. After taking down the ball on De Beverpatrouille's corner Olliver Van Bever fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. If Jonatan Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray De Lauw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Olliver Van Bever came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ray De Lauw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Eikelkamp in the 35th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. De Beverpatrouille's Aybars Öveç was substituted for Olliver Van Bever. De Beverpatrouille's Jordi Van Bever was substituted for Jonatan Corderall. 44 minutes in the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ray De Lauw having to interfere. Ray De Lauw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mbaka Mbolu was the one to do the kick off. Ray De Lauw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wim Wilmes in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ray De Lauw prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mbaka Mbolu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Ray De Lauw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ray De Lauw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliciano Peio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. In the 74thth minute of the game Mbaka Mbolu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aybars Öveç hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Hao Lin Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray De Lauw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mbaka Mbolu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mbaka Mbolu in the 94th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute De Beverpatrouille were awarded a corner. Beppe Ciccone went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Mbaka Mbolu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Netherlands's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
