The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Vicente Nevada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. Sigfrido Auletta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jurek Dudek firmly grabbed it by the left post. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 21st minute of play. Jurek Dudek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Zaccheo Andolina in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jurek Dudek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The throw-in from Eliseo Cutri in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bitcoin Elbląg's Dawid Sliwinski. A sloppy throw-in by Gomberto Picozzi in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bitcoin Elbląg's Sylwester Nowacki. 37 minutes into the game, Eliseo Cutri threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bitcoin Elbląg's Sylwester Nowacki quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 38th minute of the game Gianpaolo Mascari made a throw-in which Zaccheo Andolina played forward. In the 40th minute, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jurek Dudek. Jurek Dudek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jurek Dudek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 56th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Nevada in the 58th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaccheo Andolina in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurek Dudek saved Bitcoin Elbląg from getting behind. Vicente Nevada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Nevada in the 78th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurek Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bitcoin Elbląg made a substitution. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jurek Dudek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bitcoin Elbląg defense, Adriano Curto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurek Dudek. The Bitcoin Elbląg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurek Dudek should have stopped the shot. Bitcoin Elbląg's Jurek Dudek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guiscardo Davide in the 91st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Guiscardo Davide got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jurek Dudek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jurek Dudek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Curto in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Italy were the better team. Italy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
