In the 36th minute, Damazy Biegun fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Pavol Koleno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 38 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Pavol Koleno. 狄卫皓 scored 4-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrich Slany, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when 温松枫 came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Slovakia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metod Mlynar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zigmund Maliar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If 狄卫皓 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute, Damazy Biegun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with 孔岚浩 in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vavrinec Koleno got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 孔岚浩 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Holub, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaise Blazsovies in the 98th minute of play.
