Francesco Toldo made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Sigfrido Auletta sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the game, Babhruvahana Von Bischhoffshausen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peretu City 09's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. After 19 played minutes Peretu City 09 got a freekick which was hit by Babhruvahana Von Bischhoffshausen. Francesco Toldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Suleiman Süleyman came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francesco Toldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Italy were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Peretu City 09's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. The corner led Italy's Deodato Magliozzi to fire away a dangerous shot which Francesco Toldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Babhruvahana Von Bischhoffshausen got a throw-in 39 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Suleiman Süleyman. Babhruvahana Von Bischhoffshausen got his second yellow card in the match during the 41st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 41st match minute, Peretu City 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babhruvahana Von Bischhoffshausen to maneuver through the defense. Porziano Marchitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Suleiman Süleyman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peretu City 09's Francesco Toldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francesco Toldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 56th minute of the match. Sigfrido Auletta kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The throw-in from Florin Răducioiu in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Peretu City 09's Francesco Toldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peretu City 09's Valentin Stana got a free kick in the 66th minute. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Francesco Toldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Mei Chong Kang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-1 in the 72 minute of play. Peretu City 09's Francesco Toldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siricio Liotta in the 74th minute of play. He walked away shaking his head. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Curto in the 86th minute of play. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Adriano Curto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Peretu City 09's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Italy fully deserved thier win.
