Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Yanick Knecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Cordaryal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Şimandan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yanick Knecht, 1-0. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Yanick Knecht made a huge save. Jonas Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. Yanick Knecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 26th minute of play. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Şimandan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yanick Knecht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 31st minute. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Laurens Vandamme hit a great ball. In the 40th play minute Edward Vanderstraeten came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yanick Knecht. 2-0. Octavio Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. Yanick Knecht made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target.

After 53 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. The long shot by Olimpiu Blidaru in the 53rd minute really tested Casper Claes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 55thth minute of the game Edward Vanderstraeten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Sabbe in the 57th minute of play forced LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalkeeper Yanick Knecht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yanick Knecht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalkeeper Yanick Knecht, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Edward Vanderstraeten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgium's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Vanderstraeten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yanick Knecht read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalkeeper Yanick Knecht, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten to fire away a dangerous shot which Yanick Knecht despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yanick Knecht read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yanick Knecht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Daniel Şimandan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Belgium had won after a very even match.
