An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 8th minute of play forced Skånes stolthet!'s goalkeeper Henry Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skånes stolthet!'s zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Hellström came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Skånes stolthet!'s goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Henry Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lars Meesters, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 13 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Henry Hellström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A hard shot 14 in the game by Gustaaf Groeneveldt from a close distance when the talented Henry Hellström managed to make a qualified save. Skånes stolthet!'s players were relieved. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Wim Wilmes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henry Hellström. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. In the 22nd minute Sigvard Lange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 23rd minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Skånes stolthet!'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henry Hellström quite easily take care of the ball. After 30 minutes, Wim Wilmes made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Skånes stolthet!'s Henry Hellström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Skånes stolthet! booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Charlie Weberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Henry Hellström was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Skånes stolthet!'s goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Henry Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Hellström having to interfere.

Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Lange, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Skånes stolthet!'s Henry Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 55th minute of play. Henry Hellström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Skånes stolthet!'s Bo-Erik Westerstrand was substituted for Sigvard Lange. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Accam got free with Arnout Reekers in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Henry Hellström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Skånes stolthet!'s Charlie Weberg got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 73rd minute of play forced Skånes stolthet!'s goalkeeper Henry Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Hellström having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Skånes stolthet!'s goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Henry Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Hellström having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored 7-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Hellström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute Constantijn Airpoel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Bo-Erik Westerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. There was no doubt that Netherlands were the better team. Netherlands's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
