Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antal Valentin made the kick off which started today's match. Craig Osborn had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Antal Valentin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club Warwick's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Craig Osborn came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Craig Osborn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darryl Nicholson got free with Fodor Daniel in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Craig Osborn was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 20th minute of play forced Racing Club Warwick's goalkeeper Craig Osborn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Racing Club Warwick's Craig Osborn. Craig Osborn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Edward Wilson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darryl Nicholson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Hegedus Henrik hit a great ball. Craig Osborn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Darryl Nicholson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club Warwick's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darryl Nicholson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darryl Nicholson to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club Warwick's goalkeeper Craig Osborn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Racing Club Warwick's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. With his leg Craig Osborn managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Antal Valentin took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Craig Osborn to make any attempt to save it. Racing Club Warwick's Sammy Digby was substituted for Edward Wilson. A sloppy throw-in by Bakos Endre in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Racing Club Warwick's Alec Heath. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club Warwick's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Craig Osborn came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darryl Nicholson in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. If Darryl Nicholson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute, Darryl Nicholson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club Warwick fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Racing Club Warwick throughout the match.
