Gazanfer Özcan Ayana was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 36 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolga Yeğiner. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Tolga Yeğiner took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Arnout Reekers to make any attempt to save it. 39 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolga Yeğiner. The throw-in from Gust Ennemans in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Erenay Yalaz. İsa Ulaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsa Ulaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tolga Yeğiner to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gust Ennemans didn't get a good kick on the ball.
