RED BLUE STAR's Karol Pierz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 8th minute of play. Răzvan Spineanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Răzvan Spineanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Răzvan Spineanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Casper Claes could save by the left post. A collision led to RED BLUE STAR getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Radoslaw Gizynski hit a great ball. Edward Vanderstraeten came free in the 18th minute and tried to tip the ball over Karol Pierz, but to the joy of RED BLUE STAR's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. 20 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karol Pierz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Grecu in the 21st minute of the match. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Belgium's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leszek Pankiewicz was slow to take the kick. During this time RED BLUE STAR's players had a chance to rest. Karol Pierz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Belgium booed when RED BLUE STAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. 姚然军 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karol Pierz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Leszek Ferfecki in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Belgium's Floris Claeys. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karol Pierz. Karol Pierz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of RED BLUE STAR's Karol Pierz. Karol Pierz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Pierz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by RED BLUE STAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Belgium's corner Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karol Pierz quite easily take care of the ball. Leszek Pankiewicz tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Karol Pierz. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Edward Vanderstraeten made the kick off in the second half. Casper Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sorin Manciu went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but Karol Pierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RED BLUE STAR's Karol Pierz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save RED BLUE STAR from getting a goal against them. Sorin Manciu might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sorin Manciu ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sorin Manciu in the 62nd minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. RED BLUE STAR were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leszek Pankiewicz took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in 姚然军 heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 68th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Dervaux to maneuver through the defense. If Sorin Manciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sorin Manciu in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Manciu in the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's Sorin Manciu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute of the match RED BLUE STAR got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leszek Pankiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Sorin Manciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Sorin Manciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Floris Claeys charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Floris Claeys the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Floris Claeys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Karol Pierz made a huge save. Edward Vanderstraeten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Karol Pierz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leszek Pankiewicz during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes RED BLUE STAR got a freekick which was hit by Leszek Pankiewicz. During the 95th minute of the match Floris Claeys completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Floris Claeys a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Claeys to maneuver through the defense. Belgium's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
