To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Lucjan Sokol took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute, Janusz Pusiak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 3-0. The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Janusz Pusiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Janusz Pusiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 2kC Poznań made a substitution. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulryk Merski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. 2kC Poznań had won after a very even match.
