Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Murray in the 10th minute. If Sander Dermaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 13th minute of play forced Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Edward Vanderstraeten hit a great ball. Adalberto Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Biçim in the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Günalp Talip who took care of the corner kick. 34 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Iron Maiden FC's Adalberto Nueva. Adalberto Nueva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 37 in the game by Dave Murray from a close distance when the talented Casper Claes managed to make a qualified save. Belgium's players were relieved. In the 38th minute, Yves Dervaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Yves Dervaux notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Iron Maiden FC's Adalberto Nueva. Adalberto Nueva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arın Biçim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Casper Claes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Belgium were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Adalberto Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute of the match. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Günalp Talip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adalberto Nueva was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Murray in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Adalberto Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adalberto Nueva made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. Siebe Michiels's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adalberto Nueva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Murray in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Nueva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iron Maiden FC's Janick Geers was substituted for Dave Murray. Edward Vanderstraeten scored 0-6 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adalberto Nueva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rob Halford hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arın Biçim in the 86th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Nueva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Nigel Devos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Belgium left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Iron Maiden FC.
