Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Chesaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marin Chesaru who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Damian Liviu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Indar Coello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Indar Coello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilian Negrilă made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th match minute, Carandeni Piatra Neamt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Iorga to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luo Wei Wei in the 19th minute of play. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilian Negrilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Indar Coello in the 29th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Emilian Negrilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Negrilă made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Luo Wei Wei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Luo Wei Wei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Marin Chesaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Negrilă having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Emilian Negrilă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Marin Chesaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marin Chesaru ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicolae Honcioiu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Chesaru in the 46th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luo Wei Wei made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Luo Wei Wei ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Janik Vogt's late challenge caught a Carandeni Piatra Neamt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janik Vogt helped the player get up and apologised. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Luo Wei Wei was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilian Negrilă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 64th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Negrilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 66 in the game by Luo Wei Wei from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. 72 minutes into the match, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Emilian Negrilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Germany booed when Carandeni Piatra Neamt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Honcioiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilian Negrilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Negrilă having to make a save. When the match was over Carandeni Piatra Neamt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Germany throughout the match.
