Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Reggie Clement made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adilson do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Deckbergh in the 6th minute of play. Adilson do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale got control of the ball when Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Adilson do Vale in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Al-Slottshöjden's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Adilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Söderkvist in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Al-Slottshöjden's Jonas Hultin got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale got control of the ball when Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lars Meesters hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Söderkvist in the 31st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Al-Slottshöjden from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale. Adilson do Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute, Reggie Clement got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Adilson do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Adilson do Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson do Vale having to interfere. Adilson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reggie Clement in the 66th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson do Vale having to interfere. Adilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, Al-Slottshöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Schutrups to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bas Tuitert was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 91 minutes into the match. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bas Tuitert hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Hellbom got free with Arnout Reekers in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reggie Clement in the 94th minute. Reggie Clement could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. After 96 minutes, Lars Meesters mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Al-Slottshöjden players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Meesters to maneuver through the defense.
