Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arkadiusz Banaszak went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After taking down the ball on Croatia's corner Toni Mauzer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ashley Milburn quite easily take care of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Wit Dziuma notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Dziuma in the 20th minute of play. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Mitus went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Szczepan Czech went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Mitus in the 34th minute of the match. Croatia's Toni Mauzer got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 39 minutes, Pankracy Degutis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gedaithen Czomolungma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pankracy Degutis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Wit Dziuma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wit Dziuma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Disappointed in the 1-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toni Mauzer made a kick off. Damir Pongrac hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wasyl Milko in the 52nd minute of play. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Pankracy Degutis sent off a good shot on target. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Mitus in the 55th minute of play. Ilija Skugor was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Arkadiusz Banaszak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arkadiusz Banaszak really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. 59 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Mitus. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eduard Kostelac hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Mitus came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gedaithen Czomolungma's Szczepan Czech slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilija Skugor. That made the score 1-9 after 63 minutes of play. After 68 minutes, Wit Dziuma made it 1-10 with a short kick to the right side. Croatia's Ilija Skugor tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Gedaithen Czomolungma's Szczepan Czech slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilija Skugor. That made the score 1-11 after 71 minutes of play. The Gedaithen Czomolungma fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Gedaithen Czomolungma's Wit Dziuma looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-12 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 77 minutes into the game, Wasyl Milko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor. Wasyl Milko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-13. With a little luck, Croatia's Ilija Skugor got control of the ball when Szczepan Czech tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wasyl Milko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ilija Skugor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Wit Dziuma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-14. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Wit Dziuma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Czech came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Wasyl Milko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilija Skugor. The goal made the score 1-16. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over Gedaithen Czomolungma could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Croatia throughout the match.
