Edelényi Bányász's Alonzo Paskal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Germany. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Béla Simon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kliment Frontov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Béla Simon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Béla Simon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Germany were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Edelényi Bányász's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. The corner led to Germany's Sven Krakouer getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Béla Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Kliment Frontov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 72 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. 77 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The supporters of Edelényi Bányász booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Edelényi Bányász's Béla Simon got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Béla Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Edelényi Bányász fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
