Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Maurice Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 3rd minute of the match. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after NK FOLKROLA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. It was a well-played corner which David Eikelkamp managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 7th minute, David Eikelkamp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurice Himschoot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bas Tuitert during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celsinho Camargo got free with Arnout Reekers in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Roldanillo in the 13th minute of play. Ismael Roldanillo took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 20 minutes into the game, NK FOLKROLA's Teodor Čerina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Čerina in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurice Himschoot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of NK FOLKROLA's Maurice Himschoot. Maurice Himschoot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to NK FOLKROLA getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lun Majstorović hit a great ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 38th minute of play forced NK FOLKROLA's goalkeeper Maurice Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurice Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Netherlands booed when NK FOLKROLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ožbalt Ajdič didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, NK FOLKROLA's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ismael Roldanillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodor Čerina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Maurice Himschoot managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gijsbert ter Kruimer didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-3 via right post in the game's 73rd minute. Netherlands's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Čerina in the 76th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than NK FOLKROLA throughout the match.
