With a little luck, Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Ekelund in the 19th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henric Alefors in the 28th minute of the match. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornel Luncaniță having to make a save. With a little luck, Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhuang Jian Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Younis Abo Al Hasan in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Segelbut IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. Edward Vanderstraeten succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 39th playminute. 47 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Munio came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alf Ekelund to make the kick off. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Ekelund in the 50th minute of the match. After 52 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christoffer Josefsson who took care of the corner kick. 58 minutes into the match, Yves Dervaux notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță. Cornel Luncaniță was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Luncaniță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhuang Jian Yi in the 65th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Segelbut IF's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf Ekelund got free with Casper Claes in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Henric Alefors came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Segelbut IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henric Alefors couldn't finish the play. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Öberg in the 79th minute of play. Belgium's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Marcelo Munio scored to the left of an out of position Casper Claes, making the score, 2-2. Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornel Luncaniță having to interfere. Yves Dervaux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Marcelo Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
