Richard-Dean Textex made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Galo do Japi getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Richard-Dean Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Valadares in the 47th minute of play forced Nonatos United's goalkeeper Richard-Dean Textex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Angelo Cefero made the kick off in the second half. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delfim Chaves. Delfim Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 92 minutes into the game, Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Delfim Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Delfim Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
