Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morten Langørgen in the 17th minute of play. Yunus-Emre Balcik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caetano Moreira in the 18th minute. Ahmet Gökalp Tuğtekin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to Osmanlı İmparatorluğu getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Franc Debuire hit a great ball. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Yunus-Emre Balcik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 33rd minute of play forced Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's goalkeeper Yunus-Emre Balcik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Portugal's Felipe Barreto to fire away a dangerous shot which Yunus-Emre Balcik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Felipe Barreto in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Mehmet Ferit Aksungur. Felipinho Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yunus-Emre Balcik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipinho Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Richard Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.
