Matthias Sigman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Rinia IF's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Matthias Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. France's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Barbier in the 13th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Henry Robiquet got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 13 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Camille Baume had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthias Sigman. Rinia IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camille Baume was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Rinia IF's Matthias Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, France's Frank Peletier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matthias Sigman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rinia IF's goalkeeper Matthias Sigman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rinia IF's Matthias Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 39th minute of play. When France's Frank Peletier in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rinia IF's goalie prevented a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdo Alvarenga made a kick off. After a rather tough play, France's Alexis Bruneau got a free kick in the 57th minute. The supporters of France booed when Rinia IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Tunander didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Matthias Sigman in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Valdo Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Rinia IF's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Matthias Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Rinia IF's goalkeeper Matthias Sigman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. Matthias Sigman made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remy Dupuy to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rinia IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Paolo Brosio hit a great ball. When the match was over France could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rinia IF throughout the match.
