Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adilson do Vale. Adilson do Vale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th minute of play forced Al-Slottshöjden's goalkeeper Adilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Clement in the 13th minute of play. Lars Meesters took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson do Vale. Adilson do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Al-Slottshöjden booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egbert Nijveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Söderkvist in the 27th minute of play. Dennis Påk kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Adilson do Vale successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Egbert Nijveldt made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 33rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Hellbom came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Söderkvist in the 36th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Adilson do Vale made a huge save. In the 37th minute, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adilson do Vale. Adilson do Vale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes managed to work through Al-Slottshöjden's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wim Wilmes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 43rd minute Isak Deckbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Söderkvist came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isak Deckbergh in the 56th minute. Hugo Söderkvist hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Slottshöjden's Josef Hellbom. But to his dismay, Josef Hellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Adilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 70th minute of play forced Al-Slottshöjden's goalkeeper Adilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt to fire away a dangerous shot which Adilson do Vale despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Jörgen Lindqvist fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al-Slottshöjden's protests and gave Jörgen Lindqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Jörgen Lindqvist hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Al-Slottshöjden's Dennis Påk got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Dennis Påk off the ground. The referee gave Netherlands a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale. 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Al-Slottshöjden players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Netherlands.
