With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peanut Lord in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zorion Carić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Edward Vanderstraeten could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Zorion Carić however easily saved by the left post. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Zorion Carić in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peanut Lord in the 70th minute of the match. If Styrbjörn Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Slipmaskinerna's Mastur Bates nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casper Claes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 92 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zorion Carić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casper Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mastur Bates went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Slipmaskinerna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Belgium for a fine match.
