Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Tapa Athlétic™'s goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Heigo Mustkivi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 7th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Heigo Mustkivi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tapa Athlétic™'s Heigo Mustkivi. Heigo Mustkivi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalju Palk in the 20th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heigo Mustkivi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Mugurel Chiriloaie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 37 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Tapa Athlétic™'s Heigo Mustkivi. Heigo Mustkivi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egbert Nijveldt charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egbert Nijveldt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Egbert Nijveldt. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when 武 太史慈 sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mugurel Chiriloaie to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 58th minute of the match. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gheorghiţă Hagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tapa Athlétic™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghiţă Hagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Mugurel Chiriloaie notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heigo Mustkivi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, Tapa Athlétic™'s Heigo Mustkivi got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tapa Athlétic™'s zone, Wim Wilmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heigo Mustkivi came out of the goal and Wim Wilmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Tapa Athlétic™'s Heigo Mustkivi got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
