Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Vennersten was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 9 minutes into the match, Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin's goalkeeper Roger Vennersten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Roger Vennersten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 12th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roger Vennersten was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Högman during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roger Vennersten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Takacs Tibor went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Åke Öman charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Öman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Åke Öman kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harry Hedin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ralf Svanberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Vennersten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes in the game, Major Barna dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 66th minute of play forced Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin's goalkeeper Roger Vennersten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 minutes, Antal Valentin made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin's Roger Vennersten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Åke Öman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin's Åke Öman got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Joseph Lindberg hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Vennersten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Hedin in the 89th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Hungary were the better team. Hungary's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
