Patryk Olejarz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Nocny. 13 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of KS Zgredy's Patryk Olejarz. Patryk Olejarz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patryk Olejarz. KS Zgredy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zaccheo Andolina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 19th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Olejarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patryk Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Nocny in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Olejarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Italy booed when KS Zgredy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Paprotny didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patryk Olejarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the game, KS Zgredy's Edmund Nocny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 30th minute, Edmund Nocny made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Vittori. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Olejarz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Zachary Sawicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Zgredy's goalkeeper Patryk Olejarz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The KS Zgredy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 2-4.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Roch Winograd in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. KS Zgredy's Edmund Nocny got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, KS Zgredy's Patryk Olejarz got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Patryk Olejarz made a huge save. Sigfrido Auletta was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Italy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Nocny in the 66th minute of play. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 68th minute. The corner led to Italy's Zaccheo Andolina getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. KS Zgredy's Wasyl Debowski was substituted for Edmund Nocny. Italy were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after KS Zgredy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. A collision led to KS Zgredy getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Allan Gallin hit a great ball. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. With an all-out effort, Italy's Patryk Olejarz threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guiscardo Davide, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Allan Gallin made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 93rd minute, Italy's Adriano Curto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS Zgredy throughout the match.
