Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Hong Feng Jian came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Dido Vanev elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Felipe Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lilko Timov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute, Hong Feng Jian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Dido Vanev came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the VN SOKOLI-VARNA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dido Vanev couldn't finish the play. Lilko Timov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dido Vanev went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 25 minutes, Viriato Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viriato Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 42nd minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Lilko Timov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hong Feng Jian in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Daniel Pimentel fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Daniel Pimentel a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pimentel. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dido Vanev made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Lilko Timov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portugal's Viriato Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 55 minutes, Felipe Barreto made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Lilko Timov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute Benet Rano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipinho Amorim in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lilko Timov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felipinho Amorim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lilko Timov having to make a save. VN SOKOLI-VARNA made a substitution. Aktan Sara replaced Dido Vanev. After 79 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Enver Heybetli. 81 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lilko Timov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 91st minute of play forced VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goalkeeper Lilko Timov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VN SOKOLI-VARNA were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Portugal's much stronger midfield.
