Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rosen Michkov took the kick off in the first half of the match. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borimir Bilalov having to make a save. 6 minutes into the match, CARDANO's Slavyan Dudumov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rosen Michkov in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute, Plamen Seizov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the CARDANO defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Borimir Bilalov. The CARDANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Borimir Bilalov should have stopped the shot. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosen Michkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When CARDANO's Rosen Michkov in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. After 38 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Ulrich Stein. In the 43rd minute, Sven Krakouer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bobi Vúrlyakov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 47th minute of play forced CARDANO's goalkeeper Borimir Bilalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Germany's Frank Sachs suffered a sore thigh after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 52 minutes into the game, Doychin Peshev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CARDANO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Germany's Rolf Rothberg was substituted for Frank Sachs. Doychin Peshev kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Ulrich Stein came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulrich Stein couldn't finish the play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Rothberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Borimir Bilalov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Rosen Michkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Albin Holweck fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, CARDANO's Ventzislav Slúnchev got a free kick in the 79th minute. Gercho Súrbinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Germany's Rolf Rothberg in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CARDANO's goalie prevented a goal. After 86 played minutes CARDANO got a freekick which was hit by Ventzislav Slúnchev. After a defensive mix-up in CARDANO's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borimir Bilalov came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ventzislav Slúnchev was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 95 played minutes CARDANO got a freekick which was hit by Ventzislav Slúnchev. Rolf Rothberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The CARDANO fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Germany were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
