After a rather tough play, City Friseur Wuppertal's Tarkan Ushan got a free kick in the 12th minute. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuratay Ergüner in the 15th minute. Portugal's Bruno Bastos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok in the 17 minute of the game. Xu Yi Lei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Albi Martínez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-2. A hard shot 36 in the game by Albi Martínez from a close distance when the talented Wilson Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Portugal's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albi Martínez got free with Wilson Amorim in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Xu Yi Lei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Amorim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albi Martínez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 43 minute of play. Albi Martínez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. City Friseur Wuppertal made a substitution. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Waldemar Ryback took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 57th minute. Tarkan Ushan hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yi Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Ryback in the 63rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Bastos during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xu Yi Lei saved City Friseur Wuppertal from getting behind. Viriato Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. 86 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's Albi Martínez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Albi Martínez notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The City Friseur Wuppertal fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
