Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Carlos Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 6th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ersen Bumba in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Wim Wilmes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Baptista quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Carlos Baptista got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Şafak Uysal's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şafak Uysal helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 39 minutes, Atilla Tarkan Ulgu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilla Tarkan Ulgu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kees Mooiweer kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ersen Bumba to make the kick off. Ersen Bumba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54thth minute of the game Wim Wilmes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Carlos Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lars Meesters came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Meesters couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, José Sand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ersen Bumba's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Carlos Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 69th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Carlos Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Emre Mor was substituted for Atilla Tarkan Ulgu. In the 84th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Netherlands's Lars Meesters to a score. 3-0 in the 86th minute. Erdeniz Karadeniz took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Ersen Bumba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
