The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tolek Czeberowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adria Bielsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 10th minute of play forced KS Olimpia Warszawa's goalkeeper Tolek Czeberowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Tolek Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 11th minute of play. Spain's Adria Bielsa got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tolek Czeberowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Merino hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes of play, Spain's Omar Toledo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolek Czeberowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Rafal Trzenzalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Cubero kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Damazy Joks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Joks in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Ascaso saved Spain from getting behind. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Joks in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Spain were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damazy Joks was the one to do the kick off. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Tolek Czeberowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save KS Olimpia Warszawa from getting a goal against them. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Joks in the 63rd minute of the match. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Olimpia Warszawa's Damazy Joks. But to his dismay, Damazy Joks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. KS Olimpia Warszawa made a substitution. Jack Sugar replaced Lachezar Tetevenski. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. After some careless play in the Spain defense, Damazy Joks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. The Spain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Ascaso should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Jurado came free, but Tolek Czeberowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Carles Cherro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Czeberowski. KS Olimpia Warszawa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carles Cherro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Spain's Pau Herrero was substituted for David Aranda. After some careless play in the KS Olimpia Warszawa defense, Enrique Rabellino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tolek Czeberowski. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tolek Czeberowski should have stopped the shot. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Sharma Sharma was substituted for Damazy Joks. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Tolek Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carles Cherro in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Spain defense, Sharma Sharma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. The Spain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Ascaso should have stopped the shot. After 97 minutes KS Olimpia Warszawa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jon Cubero who took care of the corner kick. Spain were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing KS Olimpia Warszawa to leave the ground with a draw.
