Arsenio Lupin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Porziano Marchitelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 13 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 16th minute of play forced Atletico Kyperountas's goalkeeper Arsenio Lupin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Arsenio Lupin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kong Hui Yang fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Kyperountas's protests and gave Kong Hui Yang a yellow card for diving instead. Kong Hui Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Italy defense, Jan Wyrzykowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot. Arsenio Lupin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sansone Vanella in the 35th minute. Arsenio Lupin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Italy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
