With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Villanueva in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Villanueva in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yves Dervaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Wei Chuan Xuan made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Wei Chuan Xuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edward Vanderstraeten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wei Chuan Xuan was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wei Chuan Xuan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Edward Vanderstraeten was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Belgium players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube Esportivo Saudade were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Vanderstraeten made a kick off. Wei Chuan Xuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Belgium booed when Clube Esportivo Saudade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Zabalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Wei Chuan Xuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wei Chuan Xuan came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Lucas Villanueva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casper Claes. Casper Claes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Clube Esportivo Saudade made a substitution. Virgilio Ladra replaced Delmiro Figueroa. Wei Chuan Xuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Chuan Xuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siebe Michiels during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 93 minutes of play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wei Chuan Xuan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Belgium's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
