Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viriato Moura got the match started through his kick off. After 6 played minutes, Cobra Kai's Marc Anthony shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilson Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cobra Kai reached it. In the 12th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Fausto Enmanuel's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Enmanuel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Fausto Enmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the game Aydemir Sani made a throw-in which Agustin Tab played forward. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Tab in the 18th minute of play. Lautaro Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Faustino Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobra Kai the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Almeida to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marc Anthony stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Cobra Kai's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Lautaro Morales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Óli Manfredi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 99 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Felipinho Amorim sped through Cobra Kai's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Morales. The Cobra Kai supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cobra Kai would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
