Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Dahlgren in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Henry Dahlgren notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Khamzat Chimaev charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Khamzat Chimaev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Khamzat Chimaev hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Khamzat Chimaev made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Khamzat Chimaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Henry Dahlgren made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of Denmark booed when The Heren Istarion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match, Mikkel Wulff tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lukas Drewitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The throw-in from Kenn Skou in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Heren Istarion's Doru Coman. Henry Dahlgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Dahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lukas Drewitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 30th minute. Oliver Åberg made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. The Heren Istarion's Khamzat Chimaev got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bertram Svenningsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lukas Drewitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertram Svenningsen ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khamzat Chimaev in the 39th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fred Amorim who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on The Heren Istarion's corner Fred Amorim fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Keld Paulsen quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Dahlgren in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Keld Paulsen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. During the 75th minute of the match Khamzat Chimaev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Khamzat Chimaev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Denmark booed when The Heren Istarion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khamzat Chimaev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Heren Istarion's Lukas Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 76th minute of play. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elberg Azov's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Sven-Åke Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Lukas Drewitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Elberg Azov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elberg Azov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The Denmark supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Heren Istarion's performance. The match ended with a win for The Heren Istarion.
