Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zé Paulo Luz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes Werneck FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Fontes. Werneck FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Frank Peletier scored to the left of an out of position Felix Donciu, making the score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Paulo Luz in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Luz came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Paulo Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Werneck FC - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Luz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Fu Ting Nan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Donciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Paulo Luz's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, Zé Paulo Luz made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 40 minutes, Geraldo Dionísio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Werneck FC - DMZ and the France players grew even worse after the yellow card. Geraldo Dionísio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fu Ting Nan in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Felix Donciu made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Frank Peletier made the kick off in the second half. Felix Donciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Werneck FC - DMZ's Laerte Porto was substituted for Basílio Baiano. A collision led to Werneck FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Zé Paulo Luz hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Bombelles to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Joélson Amaral in the 64th minute of play was well struck, but Maxime Durand made a really good save at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Luz in the 67th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Luz in the 76th minute of play. Fu Ting Nan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Werneck FC - DMZ made a substitution. Elias Bastos replaced Fu Ting Nan. 80 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Amaral came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maxime Durand was a little too slow when Zé Paulo Luz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-4. Joélson Amaral struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Werneck FC - DMZ.
