Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Jaworski came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Eugeniusz Mnich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Fighting Mongooses FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. A collision led to The Fighting Mongooses FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Eugeniusz Mnich hit a great ball. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when The Fighting Mongooses FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Modrzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Denis Dostal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaw Flis in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gustaw Flis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 34th minute of the match Eugeniusz Mnich completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eugeniusz Mnich a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 35th minute, Eugeniusz Mnich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When The Fighting Mongooses FC's Cristoforo Tarulli in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Czech Republic's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Denis Dostal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Witomir Beninda. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 42nd minute Cristoforo Tarulli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, The Fighting Mongooses FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Flis to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes The Fighting Mongooses FC got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Piekarczyk. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

51 minutes into the match, Denis Dostal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witomir Beninda. The Fighting Mongooses FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Dostal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Vavrinec Holub was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustaw Flis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute, The Fighting Mongooses FC's Gustaw Flis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-4. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Flis, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Czech Republic's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Franciszek Oryniak was slow to take the kick. During this time The Fighting Mongooses FC's players had a chance to rest. Dalimil Charvat tried in the 74th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Vavrinec Holub a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 4-5. Gustaw Flis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Gustaw Flis notched a goal, 4-6, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Aysan Tanzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to The Fighting Mongooses FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Aysan Tanzer hit a great ball. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Beninda having to interfere. When the match was over The Fighting Mongooses FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Czech Republic throughout the match.
