After 5 minutes of play, ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's Santos Taurino made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Santos Taurino tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯国际米兰 getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dale Dolar hit a great ball. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's Santos Taurino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos Zanetti was slow to take the kick. During this time ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's players had a chance to rest. ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's Carlos Zanetti was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Ronald Wu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Santos Taurino scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 4-0. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Santos Taurino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Santos Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Santos Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 50th minute. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Santos Taurino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. After 54 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. After 56 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Zanetti who took care of the corner kick. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Taurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Santos Taurino made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Javier Wu's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Wu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯国际米兰 booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Stieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Zanetti in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Zanetti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Taurino in the 68th minute of play. ≮王者归来≯国际米兰 were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Zanetti took the corner. The corner led ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's Carlos Zanetti to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ≮王者归来≯国际米兰 made a substitution. 张学友 Wu replaced Santos Taurino. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮王者归来≯国际米兰's 张学友 Wu. But to his dismay, 张学友 Wu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the game, 张学友 Wu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
