Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Cox started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Severiano Campelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severiano Campelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Issac Dawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Vilalobos having to interfere. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Campelo in the 20th minute of play. With 23 minutes on the clock, Seth Young commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 22nd minute, one of England:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for England. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Nascente do Leça. Severiano Campelo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Khalid Kennedy. 0-1. Khalid Kennedy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Campelo's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Leighton Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Campelo came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Raya in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Kyle Cox got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Raya in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, one of England:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Khalid Kennedy had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Severiano Campelo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 43rd minute of the game Leighton Davies made a throw-in which Issac Dawson played forward. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Severiano Campelo made the kick off in the second half. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Campelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 62 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Cooper Thompson. A hard shot 66 in the game by Severiano Campelo from a close distance when the talented Khalid Kennedy managed to make a qualified save. England's players were relieved. Armando Raya scored 0-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Khalid Kennedy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nascente do Leça's Severiano Campelo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for England. Severiano Campelo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Khalid Kennedy having to make a save. 75 minutes into the match, England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Campelo. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for England! Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Campelo in the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nascente do Leça's Severiano Campelo got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Severiano Campelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nascente do Leça fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 97th minute Severiano Campelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Nascente do Leça supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nascente do Leça would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
