Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Czeslaw Tyski in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Caradaro Teijeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Czeslaw Tyski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 16th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Czeslaw Tyski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 20th minute, Lars Meesters left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Ksawery Traczewski was substituted for Caradaro Teijeira. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Netherlands booed when Fragmenty Nietoperzy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Charamut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Netherlands were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
