Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zebastian Palmkvist started the match with the kick off. Bill Fitzpatrick scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC NILS's Åke Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 6th minute of play. Zebastian Palmkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. 10 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC NILS the free kick. In the 13th minute, Bill Fitzpatrick left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC NILS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Åke Utter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Bill Fitzpatrick put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Bill Fitzpatrick put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. FC NILS's Åke Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 27th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Bill Fitzpatrick managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC NILS's supporters rose to their feet, but Bill Fitzpatrick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geva Lia might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geva Lia ran back to his position shaking his head. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geva Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Bill Fitzpatrick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NILS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bill Fitzpatrick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bill Fitzpatrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Åke Utter successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42ndth minute of the game Albin Holweck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NILS's Åke Utter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Germany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC NILS were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bill Fitzpatrick in the 51st minute. After 54 minutes of play, Germany's Albin Holweck made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Utter was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Bill Fitzpatrick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bill Fitzpatrick in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Bill Fitzpatrick tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Linus Schwerner in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC NILS's Håkan Löfgren. When FC NILS's Stor Klack in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. FC NILS's Stor Klack got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Stor Klack had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stor Klack was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Stor Klack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over FC NILS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Germany throughout the match.
