Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Qin Ting Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Stockholm IF's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Qin Ting Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qin Ting Peng having to interfere. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Svan came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stockholm IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Krzysztof Bobrowski in the 20th minute. A nice corner shot did that Krzysztof Bobrowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnout Reekers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice moves Kristoffer Bjurström could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Arnout Reekers however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 28th minute of play forced Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Qin Ting Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Qin Ting Peng was left in no man's land by his defense there! Qin Ting Peng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wim Wilmes went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Roy Nordström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Holmgren in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qin Ting Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 52nd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that David Eikelkamp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Qin Ting Peng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 54th minute, Krzysztof Bobrowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Netherlands's Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move. After having played for 61 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Löfdahl came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qin Ting Peng saved Stockholm IF from getting behind. In the 68th minute Kurt Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Holmgren in the 72nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Oskar Aleberg struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stockholm IF. 80 minutes into the match, Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Qin Ting Peng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. In the 82nd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qin Ting Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qin Ting Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Stockholm IF from getting a goal against them. Qin Ting Peng was a little too slow when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 2-3. Netherlands played a much better game than Stockholm IF and deserved their victory. The Stockholm IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
